  • Re: What day should regional and national finals be held on?

Sorry Charlie, on reading my post again it didn't come across as intended. The Poacher: I'm not getting at anyone, honestly! I love my PITP nights at the venues I run and I also enjoy visiting The Shoulder, it's the atmosphere at these venues that epitomises what Poker in the Pub is all about. All I'm saying, is that atmosphere ...

  • Re: What day should regional and national finals be held on?

This thread is now starting to highlight the main problem with Poker in the Pub, it is impossible to please everyone which is unfortunate but a fact. As has also been mentioned is that it is partly dictated by the casino when the events can take place as there are other considerations such as other events and staffing that must be considered.

  • Re: PITP - Score Uploading Problem.

Just out of interest, how many of the agents take a laptop with them to nights? We discussed the topic again in the office briefly yesterday and Dave raised a good point that it keeps some entertainment value in the leagues which is to the advantage of PITP should there ever be any future questions from the authorities. I also agree with Andy that the value of these points should be reduced so that they only have a token ...

  • Re: Regional Finals January 2008

There is now a preliminary list of qualifiers up on the Poker in the Pub website which you can view here. This list is NOT FINAL as not all results are in yet and this therefore means that the qualifiers list is still subject to change and should be used as a guide only at this stage. Simon

  • Re: Your help Please

sam:How about having an help email address on the website.People who are not happy with a specific pub not uploading the scores can then send an email to PITP and PITP will then chase the pub in question to upload? A new site is under development and there will be ways of contacting the team about any issues with pubs, scores etc.
