Is anyone else still awaiting their promised credits from last season?

I was told my account would be credited with $5 for each time I won the night.

At the regionals Mark said it would be done the following week, and last night Casper said it was to have been done last Friday.

But I've just checked and it's still not there.

I know we are only talking $10 here but hey it's better in my account than theirs!!

Any feedback would be appreciated!

I am sorry you have not recieved your credits, we send a spreadsheet to Paddy every week and unless we are informed otherwise we assume everybody gets their credit.  Considering the volume of pubs we have every week there are always a few people that have a problem.  We chase all unpaid payments however if anyone slips through and we dont know then they simply have to contact us directly and we will deal with it.  We are chasing your payment and will hopefully have it sorted as soon as possible.

yeah i am still waiting for 15quid mate. i dont think we have a hope in hell of getting it. not saying thats anythink to do with pitp

The Paddy Power credits were stopped over 6 months ago, there was a post written saying that if you had not recieved your credit before a certain date then you would not get it.  I fully appreciate that you guys were trying for quite a while to get the credits with no joy but the spreadsheets were sent to Paddy and the fact they didnt credit you was out of my control.  Unfortunately there was only so much I could do.

 All I can do is apologise
